Victor works with players and coaches around the world, and York is where he lives and trains his groups. Here, he brings the professional approach used to develop players in Spain to padel in York, with a clear, structured path from first session to competition.
Victor is a Spanish Pro Coach and LTA Accredited Coach, and holds a coaching qualification from the Argentine Padel Association. He has developed players and coaches at every stage, from complete beginner to professional and national-team level. He is also a former player and FIP international referee.

Nikhil started as a complete beginner and, over three years of personally directed development, progressed through the Player Pathway to the FIP Tour, a former No.3 ranking in the UK and a place in the Great Britain National Team.

Academy players train in structured blocks, with every session linked to their player profile, development priorities and place on the Player Pathway.

No. Complete beginners are welcome. What matters is your ambition to improve; Victor places you in a group that matches your level.
The fee depends on the group, the time slot and the length of the block. After you register, Victor reviews your profile and sends you a clear fee, with no commitment.
Groups currently train at Pure Padel York. Victor confirms the venue and times with you when he gets in touch.
Victor reviews every registration personally and opens groups of 4 as registrations come in, around level, goals and availability, so each group is compatible. If a group isn’t full yet, he will talk through the options with you.
Yes. Once you register, Victor reviews your profile and gets in touch directly to talk through the right group, your availability and the next steps. There is no obligation.
No. Registrations are reviewed according to availability, level, objectives and group compatibility. Registering your interest is free and doesn’t commit you to anything.
Yes. Juniors train in the same Academy and on the same Player Pathway. A parent or guardian completes the registration and Victor contacts them directly.
